The "Automatic Thickness Measurement Device <Portable Vacuum Type>" is a device that automatically measures the thickness of stainless steel plates using ultrasound. The measurement accuracy for thickness measurement is 0.01mm. (This may vary depending on the condition of the inspection material.) It is moved using a cart, and by utilizing an eye bolt, the measuring part is placed on top of the steel plate. When the measurement start button is pressed, water is sprayed from above, and thickness measurement is performed in the X-axis direction using an ultrasonic probe and a robotic cylinder. 【Features】 ■ The ultrasonic probe moves in one direction to measure the thickness of the area within its range. ■ Since the inspection is conducted while spraying water from the ultrasonic probe, there is no need to submerge the inspection material in water. ■ The water for inspection is pre-filled in a water tank. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
